RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please kindly note that due to hygiene and safety reasons of wearable art, we do not accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds. We truly hope you love your purchase, but if there’s an issue with your item, please reach out to us–we’re always here to help.

 

Once your item has been shipped, please be aware that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has gone missing, we'll do our best to help track it down.

 

While polymer clay is durable, it’s important to handle your pieces with care to avoid damage. If your item does happen to get damaged, please message us and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

 

Since each piece is handmade, there may be slight variations or imperfections, which we consider part of their unique charm. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for these minor differences, but we hope you understand that they make each accessory one-of-a-kind.
