SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is available worldwide with rates calculated at checkout based on location.

As most items are made to order, processing and shipping may take 1-2 weeks for orders within New Zealand. Overseas orders may take longer.
Once your item has been shipped, please be aware that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If it has been some time since your order was placed and you haven't received your package, please send us a message. We'll do our best to help track it down.

Pick-up orders are available at our pop-up markets. To place a pick-up order, please order 48 hours in advance and either send us a message 24 hours prior to the market you'll be attending or fill out our Pickup Form.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Please kindly note that due to hygiene and safety reasons of wearable art, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or provide refunds. However, if there are any issues with your item, please reach out - we are always happy to help!
